Disputes Resolution
If users have complaints about Publisher Codes purchased through the Services or believe they were incorrectly charged, they may resolve the issue as follows:
- If purchased through Topup.gg, contact Topup.gg directly.
- For other transactions, contact the Publisher.
If the issue cannot be resolved with the Publisher directly, disputes may be submitted to Topup.gg. Users must not provide false or misleading statements when submitting disputes or during subsequent investigations. Topup.gg will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve disputes, with final resolution at its sole discretion.
Error Handling
If Topup.gg determines that an error affecting users has occurred, such as incorrect or excessive billing, a credit will be provided to the user’s account or a refund will be prepared. Conversely, if underbilling or insufficient charges are identified, the error may be corrected by debiting or charging the user’s account.
Refunds
Users acknowledge and understand that all transactions made through TopUp GG services are final and cannot be canceled or modified unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds or returns for paid amounts are generally not offered.
However, if an error or dispute occurs during service use and is resolved, refunds may be approved.
- Top-up Success: If the top-up is successfully completed and the requested item is accurately delivered to the account specified by the user, refunds will not be granted.
- Payment Success, Top-up Failure: If payment is successful but the top-up fails due to an issue on Topup.gg’s side, a refund will be issued to the user’s original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the policies of the respective payment provider.
