(b) Mobile Applications: Mobile applications provided by TopUP.GG and platforms connected to the topup.gg website.
(c) User Accounts: User accounts registered with TopUP.GG (hereinafter referred to as "TopUP.GG Accounts").
(d) Payment Services: Payment facilitation and/or resale services provided by TopUP.GG. Users may purchase goods or services from TopUP.GG, third-party merchants ("Publishers"), and/or payment channel partners ("Payment Channels") using the payment methods available on the respective platforms.
(e) Other Services: Other related TopUP.GG applications, websites, and/or services linked to these terms.

1.1.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these terms constitute a legal agreement between users of the Services and TopUP.GG, binding both parties to these terms.

1.2 Acceptance
1.2.1 By using or accessing the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all provisions of these terms. If users do not agree or accept these terms, they must immediately cease using and accessing the Services.

1.2.2 Continued use of the Services after any changes to these terms indicates users' acceptance of the updated terms. Therefore, users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and ensuring they reference the latest version.

1.3 Modifications
1.3.1 TopUP.GG reserves the right to amend these terms, policies, or notices related to the platform, website, or applications at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the TopUP.GG domain or other TopUP.GG platforms.

1.3.2 TopUP.GG will post notifications of updated terms on the relevant platform and indicate the last revision date at the top of the terms. Users should check the TopUP.GG website regularly for the latest terms and immediately discontinue using the Services if they do not accept the amended terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 Updates
1.4.1 TopUP.GG may provide new features, upgrades, updates, patches, and other modifications ("Changes") to the Services. These Changes may be distributed and applied remotely via the TopUP.GG website, mobile applications, or other platforms.
1.4.2 Users agree that TopUP.GG has the right to distribute and apply such Changes. All provisions of these terms apply equally to the Changes.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Applicability
These terms apply regardless of the method users use to access or utilize the Services, including all devices (mobile, desktop, etc.), applications (mobile apps, etc.), internet browsers, or other software.

2.2 Usage License
2.2.1 TopUP.GG grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to access and use the TopUP.GG website and Services for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
2.2.2 If users violate these terms, TopUP.GG reserves the right to terminate the usage license without prior notice.

2.3 Access and Use of Services and Website
2.3.1 Through the Services, users can purchase digital content (e.g., gift codes, in-app/game credits, vouchers, etc.) via the Topup.gg website or Publisher platforms. Payments for these purchases are processed as follows:
(i) Redemption or use of prepaid mobile credits issued by mobile network operators.
(ii) Adding the purchase amount to postpaid bills issued by users’ mobile network operators.
(iii) Utilizing various payment options provided by Topup.gg’s payment channel partners, such as e-wallets, voucher redemptions, coupons, affiliate convenience store payments, credit cards, and bank transfers. For credit card or bank transfer payments, all banking or credit card information provided by users is collected directly by the relevant bank institution, card issuer, or card administrator (Payment Channel), and Topup.gg does not collect, store, or process this information.

2.3.2 Purchases made through the Services fall into one of the following categories:
(a) Users purchase gift codes, in-app/game credits, and vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher Codes") directly from third-party Publishers, with Topup.gg processing payments and collections on behalf of the Publishers.
(b) Users purchase Publisher Codes resold directly by Topup.gg, in which case Topup.gg acts as the seller of record.

2.4 Payment Convenience and Digital Content Resale Service
2.4.1 Users may initiate payments either:
(i) To complete payments on the relevant Publisher’s website or mobile platform, or
(ii) By selecting and purchasing Publisher Codes through Topup.gg.

2.4.2 To make payments through the Services, users must have a valid mobile account issued by a partner mobile network operator or a valid payment method approved by Payment Channels.
2.4.3 Users bear full responsibility for all transactions conducted using their accounts or payment methods. Users acknowledge and agree that Topup.gg is not liable for unauthorized use or access to their accounts or payment methods by third parties.
2.4.4 Topup.gg, Publishers, and/or Payment Channels reserve the right to decline or impose restrictions on transactions for any reason.

2.5 Publisher Codes
For Publisher Codes purchased via the Topup.gg website or Services, the issuing Publisher is responsible for redemption and delivery of the corresponding goods or services. Unless stated otherwise on the product information page, Publisher Codes do not expire.

2.6 Service Changes
Topup.gg reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Services at any time without prior notice. Such changes or amendments will be reflected in updated provisions of these terms.

2.7 Taxes, Fees, and Charges
Users are responsible for all taxes, duties, exchange fees, data charges, and other related costs arising from the use of the Services or the website.

2.8 Dispute Resolution
If users have complaints about Publisher Codes purchased through the Services or believe they were incorrectly charged, they may resolve the issue as follows:
(a) If purchased through Topup.gg, contact Topup.gg directly.
(b) For other transactions, contact the Publisher.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the Publisher directly, disputes may be submitted to Topup.gg. Users must not provide false or misleading statements when submitting disputes or during subsequent investigations. Topup.gg will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve disputes, with final resolution at its sole discretion.

2.9 Error Handling
If Topup.gg determines that an error affecting users has occurred, such as incorrect or excessive billing, a credit will be provided to the user’s account or a refund will be prepared. Conversely, if underbilling or insufficient charges are identified, the error may be corrected by debiting or charging the user’s account.

3. Consumer Protection

3.1 Product Description
TopUp GG strives to ensure that all product and service descriptions it offers are accurate and reliable. To achieve this, it provides information about products and services in as much detail and clarity as possible, allowing consumers to understand and make informed decisions. However, within the maximum extent permitted by law, TopUp GG does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of these descriptions. Therefore, actual products may differ slightly from the descriptions, and TopUp GG is not responsible for these discrepancies.

3.2 Refunds
Users acknowledge and understand that all transactions made through TopUp GG services are final and cannot be canceled or modified unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds or returns for paid amounts are generally not offered. However, if an error or dispute occurs during service use and is resolved, refunds may be approved. In such cases, the refund amount will be returned to the user’s original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account). Refund processing times depend on the payment channel’s policies and may take up to several weeks.

4. TopUp GG User Account

4.1 Account Services
Users registered with a TopUp GG account can access various benefits and features. For example, they can participate in loyalty programs, access promotional content, and track records of all previous transactions. Additionally, only registered users can utilize certain features and services, such as personalized notifications and tailored recommendations.

4.2 Account Verification
When creating a TopUp GG account, users must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service provision and account security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, including passwords and login information, and must not share this information with others. In case of unauthorized access or account information breaches, users must immediately inform TopUp GG and take appropriate action. Responsibility for these issues lies solely with the user.

4.3 Transaction History
Users can log into their TopUp GG account at any time to view records of all successful and failed transactions. This helps users transparently manage their purchase history. If any errors or missing information are found in transaction records, users should promptly contact customer support to resolve the issue. Customer support will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

4.4 Suspension or Termination of Accounts for Violations
TopUP.GG reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following conditions:
(a) The user engages in prohibited activities such as fraud, illegal transactions, or misuse of the Services.
(b) The user violates these terms and fails to correct the issue within 30 days of notification.
(c) Regulatory or law enforcement authorities request suspension or termination of the account.
(d) The user is involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
(e) False or misleading information is provided, and corrections are not made within 15 days of notice.
(f) The account's security is compromised, and corrective action is not taken within 5 days of request.
(g) The user fails to comply with any additional terms applicable to the Services.


4.5 Voluntary Account Termination by Users
Users may voluntarily close their account by providing 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding transactions must be completed before closure, and TopUP.GG reserves the right to deduct unpaid fees or additional charges. Once an account is closed, it cannot be restored.

5. User Obligations

5.1. Confirmation Related to Purchases
Users agree to the following when purchasing publisher codes through the TopUp GG service:
(i) The purchased code is for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
(ii) Users do not have the right to reproduce, duplicate, or distribute the provided content, products, or services. Violations may lead to legal penalties.
(iii) Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations concerning the purchase and use of the code, including specific legal requirements of their country or region.

5.2. Prohibited Activities During Service Use
5.2.1. Fraud and Illegal Activities
(a) Users may not use the service in ways that violate laws, ordinances, or regulations, such as bypassing service restrictions in prohibited regions.
(b) Users must comply with all laws, including those related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism. Violations may lead to immediate legal action.
(c) Impersonating others or providing false information is strictly prohibited, including identity theft.
(d) Users may not bypass geographic restrictions or mask their location, residence, or identity to evade specific terms applicable to certain regions.
(e) Users must not alter or delete proprietary notices contained within the service.
(f) Charging others for service use or reselling the service is prohibited.
(g) Commercial use or using the service for third-party benefits is prohibited, including generating revenue through the service.
(h) Fraudulent use of the service is strictly forbidden, violating basic ethical use principles.
