However, if you like, Go to the "Sign Up" section at the top of the homepage.

1. What payment methods are available on TopUP.GG?
TopUP.GG only support 3-D Secured credit card payments.


2. What currency does TopUP.GG support?
You pay in Indonesian currency, IDR or Rupiah.
Prices displayed in USD are for you to understand the equivalent value.


3. How do I purchase items on TopUP.GG?

Enter your game UID, select the item, and provide your contact information.
Once payment is completed, your order will be processed immediately.
To give an item to a friend, just enter their UID and follow the same process.


4. What should I do if I don’t receive the items after completing payment?

5. I received an error code during payment.

If the payment has not been completed,
-> Report the error to customer support.

If the payment is completed but you encounter an error,
-> Provide your transaction number when contacting us.

If you forgot the transaction number,
you can check your transaction details via the "Order Confirmation" menu (on top of the page next to Home) using your mobile number used on order.


6. The payment amount has been charged, but the payment is not completed.

7. What should I do if I entered the wrong email address when purchasing an item?
The email address does not affect payment or item recharge.
Therefore, entering an incorrect email address does not cause any issues with the transaction.


8. What are the limits for each payment method?

It depends on the customer's payment method.
Please check with your respective bank or card issuer.


9. Where can I check my purchase history?

Go to the "Order Confirmation" section at the top of the site.
You can check your purchase history by:
① Using the transaction code.
② Using your phone number.

About refunds

1. Can I get a refund after recharging on TopUP.GG?
Once the order is completed on TopUP.GG, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.


2. What are the refund policies?
Unless otherwise specified, refunds or returns for completed transactions are not provided. However, in cases of errors or disputes that occur during service use, refunds may be approved after resolution. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).

The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment channel’s policies and could take up to several weeks.
